It feels so good to laugh. It is so nourishing and restorative. I love to laugh with family or friends and to recall funny moments. And nothing can warm my heart quicker than hearing my loved ones laughing out of pure delight. Proverbs 17:22 says that a merry heart is good medicine, which has been proven in modern times to be true. Laughter is healing for our minds, bodies, and souls; and it is also connected with gratitude and praise. I'm so grateful that God gave his children the gift of laughter and I am confident God loves to laugh with us.
What are you grateful for today?
